Welcome to Eden Fitness Suite & Spa, located in the picturesque market town of Kirkby Stephen, Cumbria
Here at Eden we understand the importance of both promoting and maintaining health and well-being and have created our facilities with this in mind. If it’s an energy charged work out that you require or simply rest and recuperation in a relaxing environment, then we have the perfect solution for you.
- A personal 20 station fitness suite incorporating a range of strength and cardiovascular equipment, featuring two state of the art ‘Xdream Racing Bikes’ and Power Plate!
- Spa facilities consisting of Sauna, Jacuzzi and Steam Room to promote well-being and allow you to relax and unwind
Our facilities are available to all aged 16 or above (please note proof of idetification may be required), both members and non members.
